Pete MacDonald is a Senior Network Engineer and Project Manager and has been with the Spark team for over 10 years. In 2007 he teamed up with Rick Welch who at the time was the IT Director at Welch Healthcare and Retirement. Soon after he joined Rick with the launch of Spark Technologies, LLC.
